swings
I don't know if anyone else has this problem, but everyday between 4 until dinner time, is a little rough. Nixon wants to be held, Logan wants to be entertained, dinner needs to be prepared, and I am getting a little worn out by that time of the day. 
Both of the boys get put in swings and hang out for a little bit to keep me sane! Love the swings!

why oh why is it the worst time of day?!
That really is crunch time! Nice work with the swings though. When they get a bit older, that is when you bust out the play dough, paints and blocks.
For me, it's 6-8 pm. Bedtime can't come fast enough around here. But I think EVERYONE has a "bewitching hour(s)" with their kiddies.
Your paci story is funny. My kids have been the opposite. Kate never took one and now Gwen seems to love hers and I'm in heaven! How did I survive with Kate never having one? Our outing went pretty well. The baby is mellow, it's Kate I have to worry about running around like a crazy child! How are things going for you??
hahaha...I witnessed this one firsthand. Never have I seen Logan so relaxed!
