Happy St. Patrick"s Day

Melissa Brower threw a fun party for the "wee little ones." She thought of everything from food, decorations, games, coloring, gift bags, and baby dancing. All the food was green so it must have been healthy, even the cookies.

While all the big kids (1-2 year olds) were hunting for gold, the little babies played on the blanket.

Of course Logan couldn't look at the camera when there was a bubble machine off to the side.

Coloring his party bag.

Thanks for throwing a fun party Melissa!

Vegas

Kyle had a conference to attend in Vegas and I thought it would be fun to tag along. Turns out Vegas isn't very baby friendly, but we still had a good time.

We spent the majority of our time at the pool, even though I was worried about him getting burnt the whole time.
Playing on the steps I think he might like the water Attempting to float on his back...I think he looks like an otter

Dad joined us after his conference

My attempt to protect him from the sun along with the three coats of sunscreenI thought Nicholas was just an impersonator, so I wouldn't get close to him. Turns out he was just wax.

I don't think Kyle enjoyed the trip as much as Logan and I did. Not only did he have to work, but March madness was harder to watch with a baby and nagging wife!

Thanks for taking us Kyle!

A few new things!

These are probably more amusing to Logan's grandparents than anyone else!
He found his feet and I guess his mouth is a good place for themHe LOVES to make blowing noises with his mouthHe doesn't appreciate all the hard work and sweat that went into making his bedding, because he just tears it apart before he falls asleep. But he is still happy and adorable most of the time!!!!!

Nature Center

Today some of my friends and Logan's friends went to the nature center in Long Beach. We did a little hiking and I think I may have found a new (but illegal) home for Gordon (our turtle).

Ava and LoganAll the kids minus Harrison, who was exploring
All the moms minus Kendall, who was hunting down Harrison

Family pictures

I just got our family picture CD in the mail. Here are some of my favorites.Too bad I'm wider than my husband.....and Kyle isn't a little guy! But I still like the picture. My sweet boy!
That face with his chubby cheeks and chin.....I love it.
Thanks again Jamie!

Sunday dinner

We went to my have Sunday dinner with my family today. Logan got a gift from his uncle Lance....a talking, crazy, rolling cookie monster! As you can see by his face in the picture he isn't sure what to make of the blue doll.

Logan also got his first piano lesson.....not music to my ears.

Wicked Night

The Hulls hosted "A Night of Glitz and Glam," although I might have missed the point showing up as a green witch. Megan's husband and Kyle were diligently playing church basketball so we were able to team up as Elphiba and Glinda from Wicked.

Some of the girls from the party!

JLo, Nicole Richie, and a Bond girl
Logan showed up at the party and surprisingly he wasn't afraid of his green mom!

Google Reader

You would think that since my husband works on computers all day long he would have told me about this, but instead I heard it from a friend of mine. I love the Google reader. Instead of clicking on every friend to see if there are new blog updates, this program lists how many new posts each person has. It saves a lot of time. So if you want your blog reading to go a little faster download the google reader.

Disneyland

Yesterday I went with my cousin Shannon, cousin-in-law Andrea, and one of my favorite friends Megan to Disneyland. We took advantage of the opportunity to go on all the big rides since none of us are pregnant and our kids are too small to care about the rides themselves. We had so much fun but missed all of our pregnant friends and toddlers.
Megan and I made stroller blankets the night before Disneyland. They are so easy to make....no more dragging blankets!
